Hey there! My name is Jerry and I am the owner & founder of Jarvis Helps LLC. My career began as a simple customer service agent in a call center with no prior experience. I spent 7 years in the call center promoting throughout various roles and gaining a wealth of knowledge in all things customer service. Not just regular customer service like billing and appointments, but I spent time in technical support, sales, retention, and above all else I spent 3 years as an escalations team supervisor where I honed my abilities further. It was a long journey, especially for someone that is not much for the whole 9-5 thing but at the end of it I had gained enough experience and knowledge to be a customer service specialist capable of handling any customer interaction with ease and professionalism.

My journey didn’t stop there, after leaving the company I worked for and going out on my own as a freelance customer service rep I began to work with clients who needed a lot more than customer support, and they came to me for help! Thus I was able to learn even more skills like website development, search engine optimization, social media management, and Facebook Ads. After spending a couple of years refining my skills and taking feedback I finally opened Jarvis Helps LLC the place you can go for anything your business needs, and I hope we can be a part of the success of your business!
